JOSE JOAQUIN DE OLMEDO (positive)

Biography: José Joaquín Olmedo y Maruri; Guayaquil, Ecuador, 1780 - 1847)

He was political and Ecuadorian poet. His father was from Spain and his mother was from Guayaquil, Jose Joaquin Olmedo did the San Fernando High School in Quito and finally he past the University San Marcos in Lima as a Lawyer.

My opinion why he was a good leader for the country:

He had never a problem to speak to and with the people, including the government. Just one example is that he spook about “Mitas” at “Corte de Cadiz”. In this situation he haven’t been agree with the exploitation

For me, that are the characteristics from a good leader. He was behind the people to take care of them and he believed his opinions. If he haven’t been agree and he thought that something haven’t going on the correct way, he changed it. He’s way was to be fair and correct to everyone. He declared the independence of Guayaquil and he was member of the “Junta de Gobierno” and wrote a constitution for Guayaquil.

When he has been president of Ecuador, he reorganized the military services and he helped Sucre to win the war of Pichincha

He had also some ideas for freedom. He was more interested to education , finally he died in Guayaquil at the 19^th of February 1847.

The negative leader::Juan José Flores

Juan José Flores was born in Puerto Cabello, Venezuela, of July 19th 1800, he died 1864 he has been 63 years old, he was poor when he was in a age of 15 he went to the armed. There he was part of the war “Tarqui”. After woods he married in Quito his wife Mercedes Jijón de Vivanco of October 21th 1824.

My opinion of the negative side of his live:

He never accepted the native people as a part of his country and the people. He decided which native people could vote from him. That was the reason why hi won all the time and saved his profession as a president.

He took the money from the state and government for his own war. He did that to discrimination the poor people.

In the time when he was president of Ecuador the inflation getting worser.

International leaders: positive

Simon Bolívar:

Biography: He was born 1793 in Caracas- Venezuela and he died 1830 in Santa Marta- Colombia.

He travelled around Europe. In Paris he had contact with other leaders of a revolution and he knew Napoleon and Humboldt. He was a principal member in the independence war from “colonias hispanoamericanas”.

For me is a good leader because:

He had good ideas for the liberty of the country, he told the trouths and has been correct. His main project was to made “La gran Colombia”. He protected his ideas.

He was part of a lot of wars, that can be the reason why he died. Probably he was killed of other important person of politics.

Negative international leader Adolf Hitler negative leader

good from my point of view Adolf Hitler is an international leader that I he(she) considered to be negative Adolf Hitler Braunau am Inn Empire Austro-Hungarian on April 20, 1889 - Berlin, Germany; April 30, 1945) was a military and political German of origin Austrian, leader, ideologist and founder of the Party German National Socialist of the Workers Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei - NSDAP) that established a regime National Socialist in Germany between 1933 and 1945, period in the one that received and occupied successively the charges of Imperial Foreign Minister (Reichskanzler) between January, 1933 and April, 1945, Chief of State Führer und Reichskanzler from August, 1934 to April, 1945 and Supreme Commander of the German armed forces during the Second World war from September, 1939 about April, 1945.

Why I considered a negative leader?

Because first hour a racist and to indicate the history was that provoke the second world war I give the orders to shoot more of half population of Judies and he that is a perfect race that is not half-caste when he was a president dedicate to killing people do not positive works but rather works that benefit to him and give a power absolute and for me have the characteristics of a killer and not a leadear

Leadership and social responsibility according to the web

The leadership is a crucial topic nowadays where the borders have been open for the global trade where the organizations and company permanently are in a constant fight for to be every day more competitive, with this has generated that persons are efficient and capable of give much of for the well of the organization or company. When speak about organizations and persons is indispensable to mention the drivers, the leaders today those that achieve the success of this organizations and that orientate to subordinates to obtain The leader as all person have many faults and virtues that must know this implies first look inside one self, know for then to understand the others wants to manage, seeks to reach with the others to obtain the success.

Leadership and social responsibility according my criterion

The leadership not only is to be stop opposite to something is I have the responsibility of take decisions in due moments and know that the decisions of a leader are the future of the others persons for to take a decision as leader we must measure the consequences positive and negative we must understand also that to be a leader is of high responsibility.

Social responsibility

The responsibility is considered as a value but the social responsibility is something that we insult to diary must to be a habit but the social responsibility have been lost due to that anti value as the laziness attack the responsibility.

A leader must to take in mind the social responsibility for to take good decisions.
